HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO REPAIR MY ITEM?
Our main goal is to do the repairs as soon as possible.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We would accept Credit or Debit Card, Cash, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Account Tranfer, but our preferred payment method is trough the card machine.
HOW MUCH COST A SERVICE?
The price for a service depend on type, make, age and mileage of your car. Before we estimate the cost of service we will ask your registration number, your name and telephone number. We don't provide a fixed price for service because the price will not be fair. You have to know, you need to do the service at least once a year and we won't recommend exceeding the 10.000 miles between services, regardless what dealers or other garages say. It is pointless to tell you the service start from £80.
DO YOU DO LABOUR ONLY REPAIRS?
Unfortunately don't. In order to be able to be profitable we have to sell parts, the hourly rates doesn't cover the cost of running a repair business.
HOW MUCH ARE YOUR HOURLY RATES?
Today 14/09/2023 our hourly rate is £72, the MOT test is £45 for cars and £29 for motorcycles.
DO YOU DO MOTORCYCLES?
Yes we do MOT, service and repairs as well.
DO YOU DO LARGE VANS?
Unfortunately we can't accommodate the large vans on our ramp.
HOW YOU DECIDE THE PRICE OF PARTS AND LABOUR?
We use specified margins on different parts, for labour we use AUTODATA online services for reference, or a fair timing multiplied with our hourly rates.
ARE YOU A MECHANIC?
No. "Trust me I'm an engineer". It is true.
HOW MUCH EXPERIENCE DO YOU HAVE?
More than 20 years. I worked for VW, Audi and Skoda as an After Market Manager for 10 years, abroad. I managed my own business under AUTOCREW (BOSCH) brand for 4 years.
